Privacy policy

This policy explains how AIMAGENTIC AI B.V.(“AIMAGENTIC”, “we”) handles personal data. It is a template for a real deployment and should be reviewed by your own counsel before publication.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Enquiry data. Name, work email, company, revenue band and the message you send through the contact form.
  • Technical data. IP address, user agent and request timestamps, used for rate limiting and security.
  • Client data under engagement.Processed strictly under a separate Data Processing Agreement, inside the client’s own infrastructure.

Why we process it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare an audit call — legitimate interest.
  • To operate and secure this website — legitimate interest.
  • To perform a contract where one exists.

Client data during an engagement

Systems we build run inside the client’s own cloud accounts under the client’s own API keys. We do not copy client data into our own systems, and client data is never used to train third-party models. Every agent action is logged for audit within the client’s environment.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Technical logs are retained for 30 days. Engagement data follows the terms of the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to operate the business — hosting, email and CRM — each under a data processing agreement, and with authorities where legally required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@aimagentic.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics that profile individuals.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
